Job Description
• Assist BDE/Sales Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality / locality
• Coordinate with cross functional/ other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branche
• Assist Regional Sales Manager in planning and organizing Sales/ Marketing events in Branch locations
• Making Joint sales call with BDEs/ Sales Team
• Help branches to plan and conduct Customer meets
• Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
• Visit at branches to analyse the service quality and recommend remedial measures
• Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
• Take active role in recruiting and inducting BDEs/ Sales Team.
• Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs.
• Evaluation of performance vis–vis the competitors of the locality
• Follow up with branches on compliance of internal audit matters, monitor
• Minimise customer complaints.
• Maintain liaison with Regional Sales Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches.
