Job Description
Overall Purpose of the job
Achieve Gold Loan / Business acquisition targets of assigned Area, through building an effective agency force (freelancers / DSAs). Identify and utilize opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank
Recruitment, Training Maintaining Team
• Identification recruitment of BDEs, Agency / DSA force up to expectation.
• Conduct regular meetings of agency force as per guidelines.
• Equip team with periodic trainings / house visits joint calls.
• Control attrition by meaningful engagements.
• Timely intervention ensuring overall business quality.
New Business Acquisition
• Achieve New Business targets (customer # Volume) time to time.
• Achieve Activation targets month on month.
• Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and repeat business.
• Assist BDE / agency Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality
• Cross sell of all other products (as per guidelines time to time
• Assist BDE / agency Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality
• Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
• Take active role in recruiting and inducting BDEs/ Sales Team.
• Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs.
• Evaluation of performance vis–vis the competitors of the locality
Achieving Operational Efficiency
• Work with branches for achieving operational / compliance standards
• Attend resolve customer / others complaints about the channel.
• Maintain liaison with Regional Sales Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches / verticals
• Any other assignments provided by the Bank
