Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in residential solar projects, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities for on-grid and off-grid solar panel installations. You will be responsible for building strong client. relationships, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solar solutions. Your primary focus will be on residential clients, ensuring their transition to solar energy is seamless, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential residential clients interested in solar panel installations and EPC projects.
    • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, online research, and networking.

    Consultative Sales:

      • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their energy requirements and assess their eligibility for on-grid or off-grid solar solutions.
      • Customize solar proposals based on clients” needs, budget, and energy consumption patterns.
      • Clearly communicate the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.

      Proposal Development:

        • Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase the advantages of our solar products and services.
        • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate system designs and project feasibility.

        Client Relationship Management:

          • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
          • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing post-installation support.

          Market Research and Analysis:

            • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives related to solar energy.
            • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.

            Project Coordination:

              • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful execution of solar installations.
              • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.

              Achieve Sales Targets:

                • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

                Qualifications:

                • Bachelor’s degree or Diloma in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).
                • Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
                • Strong understanding of residential solar systems, both on-grid and off-grid.
                • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
                • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
