Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Experience with CNC machines, including setting up and operating
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, including grinding and drilling
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet production targets
Roles And Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
