Job Purpose UL location sales manager will be the lead for managing & driving the Unsecured loan business in his / her territory. The key deliverable shall be responsible to develop the personal loan buisness through various internal & external channels. Key Accountabilities 1) Responsible for UL new Business, portfolio performance, channel development, hiring & controls. 2) Support & Manage quality customer acquisition through multiple acquisition channels like DST Refferal partner, Tele sale, Aggregator, Branch etc 3) Ensure tracking of all case & ensure sucessful closure 4) Making monthly sales plan, Ensure required run rate is maintain 5) Perform product / process training to all acqusition channel 6) Lead the knowledge and skilling base / sessions for DST and front end team 7) Cross sell, Upsell, and new prospect list identification on existing customer base. 8) Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS Sales process. Job Duties & responsibilities 1) Drive UL volumes, Cases, Book size , Approval rate , across channel and territory assigned 2) Effective management of partner ( Aggregator/ Refferal) , channel , branch , sale team ( DST) , 3) Managing and meeting monthly target and plan daily sale plan to achieve sale target 4) Training channel partner, Lead knowlede and Skilling base for DS, front end team & channel partner 5) Cross sell, Upsell, and new prospect list identification on existing customer base. 6) Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and adherence to DBS Sales process. 7) Drive sale via tele calling set up 8) Work closely with aggregator Required Experience 1) Proven track record in personal lon sales, meeting loan volume budgets etc 2) Understanding of the personal loan business and market 3) Understanding of competition and key market practices. 4) Thorough product knowledge. 5) Should have relevant assets experience in the local market and have understanding of key customer segments. 6) Have worked closely as branch sale and mange sale via DST ; Knowledge about Chennai location Education / Preferred Qualifications 1) Post Graduate with relevant number of years of experience in banking and specifically in personal is preferable. Technical Competencies 1) Sound understanding of personal business and market 2) Knowledge of Personal loan products to assist clients and drive channel 3) Sound knowledge on personal loan documentation, regulatory guidelines 4) Have managed the front end sale team 5) Should be able to work on digital journey and guide the team Work Relationship 1) Close interaction with Business teams to ensure consistent delivery of personal loan sales budgets 2) Close interaction with UL Product team, Ops team, and customer service teams. 3) Manage channel / partner and handle front end sale team & branch team Locations Locations – Mumbai
