This includes protecting and unlocking value, delivering decision support expertise and process excellence in the core business cycle and delivering business and finance priorities. Financial reporting is one such critical finance function covering regulatory compliance, transparency and controls .

UniOps (Erstwhile Unilever Enterprise & Technology Solutions (ETS)) is a global business unit that will manage the company’s shared business services, made up of HR Services, Finance Transactions, IT services, Information Management Services and Workplace Services.

Within the service catalogue of UniOps, Commercial Experience organisation is responsible for the management and delivery of finance and supplier services services globally, both through third-party outsourced providers (e.g. IBM, CapGemini) and through in-sourced operations.

Main Accountabilities

R2R: To facilitate smooth month end / quarter end close of financial reporting ( high quality as well as on time ) consisting of :
• Delivery of Key KPIs towards – Month end / quarter end close – TB Review / Country Lock Meeting / NFD Reviews
• Inter Company settlements / overdue review / follow-up on actions.
• Balance Sheet Hygiene / A/c recon- review and follow-up on quality of recon by 3PSPs
• V@R Review: Follow-up & actions
• GPM / GFCF Compliance – review and monitoring
• Project’s support – IFRS / S4 SCOA / Blackline etc.
• Controller connects on areas of improvements and lead the transformation
• Service Delivery Review of 3PSP / key deliverables

P2P: To facilitate smooth functioning of Purchase to Pay operations (with close co-ordination with 3PSP ) consisting :
• Delivery of key KPIs : Payment on Time , First Pass Yield , PO Compliance etc.
• Co-ordination with MCOs on Overdue / Pending actions – GRNs / Price Variance approvals / other structural follows-ups
• Vendor reco. / balance review / GRIR -review & actions
• V@R Review : Follow-up & actions
• GPM / GFCF Compliance – review and monitoring
• Projects support – E-Invoicing / Below Clip / Apzen etc. – secure and drive implementation in MCOs
• * Service Delivery Review of 3PSP / key deliverables
